How cancellation works

Send a cancellation by email
Send your cancellation to support@malwareguard.nl. Include your name and the email address you signed up with. We will confirm the cancellation by return email.

You receive a confirmation
You will receive a written confirmation of the cancellation with the end date of your subscription.

Protection active until end date
Your protection remains active until the end of the current subscription period. After that, the service is closed.

No further charges
No further charges will be made after the end date. Nothing else to arrange on your end.
